Yes, we provide a full range of fit out services for all areas of a hotel, including guest rooms, lobbies, restaurants, and conference spaces.  We have been contracted to deliver specific trade disciplines, such as plasterboarding and ceiling contracts, or full scale fit-outs and refurbishments.  

How long does a typical hotel fit out project take?

The timeline for a hotel fit out project can vary depending on the size and scope, but in most cases, they will take longer than a workplace fit-out, due to the intricacies of working in multiple rooms and on different  floors.  During the planning phase, we provide a detailed schedule to ensure the project is completed on time with minimal disruption to hotel operations.

Do you offer custom furniture and bespoke joinery as part of your hotel fit out services?

Absolutely.  Our in-house bespoke joinery department creates a wide range of custom furniture for hotels.  This includes armchairs and sofas, fitted furniture, pods and booths, upholstered wall panels, wardrobes, cupboards, island units, and bathroom furniture.

What kind of materials do you use in your hotel fit outs?

In most cases, an interior designer working with the client will specify material finishes.  But we also have the expertise to help clients directly.  For furniture finishes we use solid surfaces, natural stones and granite, veneers, solid wood and laminates.  For curtains and soft furnishings, we work with manufacturers of fine fabrics and leathers.  There has been a rise in sustainable fabrics and materials coming to market and we can advise clients and designers on the merits and costs of these innovative products.
