From the outset, CEO and Founder, James Leighton wanted to build a different business and change the perceptions that many have about recruitment. With a passionate ‘people first’ philosophy, James had a vision to create one of the best workplaces in Manchester. He appointed the Cheshire-based studio, Rachel Moore Design and gave them full creative control to create a workspace that combined functionality and luxury.
Mirmac was appointed to deliver the second expansion-phase of the Andersen James HQ in Spinningfields. The scope of work included forming meeting and podcast rooms, installing ceiling features, electrical work, painting and feature wallcovering, and the manufacture and installation of bespoke furniture items. An adjoining wall was knocked through to the original workplace, seamlessly blending the new space with the original suite.
Mirmac has done a brilliant job in bringing Rachel Moore Design’s vision to life. The new space has helped us continue our natural growth, giving us a space that the team are very proud of.
