Global Banking School, One Wellington Place, Leeds

Global Banking School is the UK’s fastest growing education provider. With a wide range of industry-focused higher education courses, GBS now has more than 30,000 students across nine campuses in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds.

We were thrilled to be invited to project manage and deliver GBS’s latest campus, in the prestigious setting of Leeds’ premier business district, Wellington Place.

The scope of work involved adapting premium grade A office space into a world-class education facility. This involved forming a multitude of classrooms on each of the building’s four floors, adapting and extending existing washroom facilities, and enhancing the common areas and breakout facilities.
